Jaywing's development strategy consists of three key elements:
- "organic growth" driven by the inherent growth and bringing together of previously separate businesses into a single unified organisation with clear client propositions;
- the creation of new revenue streams from within the existing talents and resources of the company;
- "buy and build" through the acquisition of a number of well run and profitable businesses with complementary skills in marketing and consultancy.
Jaywing plc adheres to the Quoted Companies Alliance, and has audit, remuneration and nomination committees with written terms of reference. The Audit Committee is chaired by Stephen Davidson, and includes all of the company's non-executive directors including Andy Wilson. The remuneration and nomination committees are chaired by Charles Buddery, and also include all of the company's non-executive directors including Andy Wilson.
